Athens Federal Community Bank announces that Drew Holbrook joined the financial institution as vice president/lender with commercial lending concentration in the McMinn County market. Holbrook has an extensive financial services background with more than 13 years of experience in the banking industry, serving the citizens, small business owners and commercial developers of McMinn County and the surrounding area since beginning his banking career in 2004.
During his tenure, Holbrook has been active in the community, serving as a member and past president of the Etowah Rotary Club and active volunteer for the American Cancer Society through McMinn County Relay for Life. He is a graduate of Leadership McMinn and was named one of the Daily Post-Athenian’s “20 Under 40” in 2011.

A McMinn County native, Holbrook graduated from McMinn Central High School and the University of Tennessee – Knoxville with a bachelor’s degree in finance. In addition, he is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking, Southeastern School of Commercial Lending, and Southeastern School of Advanced Commercial Lending. Holbrook is currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.

Holbrook is married to Erin, who is employed with DENSO Manufacturing of Athens, and the couple has a son, Andrew “Alton” Jr. They attend Keith Memorial United Methodist Church.
