Lost or Stolen Debit Card, Suspected Card Fraud or Denied Transactions?
If your debit card has been lost or stolen, please call 1-800-526-3572 during banking hours.
If you are calling after hours or during a weekend or holiday, please call 1-866-546-8273.
If your debit card transaction was denied and you received an email, phone call or text message from our fraud monitoring service, please call our debit card fraud hotline (anytime) at 1-800-417-4592. Please do not call this number to report a lost or stolen card.
We suggest adding 1-800-417-4592 to your phone contacts and labeling it "AFCB Fraud Center," so it will display should you get a call from this number. Please note you cannot call this number unless you have received a message from the Fraud Center and an active alert has been placed on your card.
If you received an email, phone call or text message about a debit card transaction and you have questions, please follow the callback instructions to contact our fraud hotline at 1-800-417-4592. Keep in mind that in the event your debit card transaction was denied for any reason other than potential fraud on your card, the fraud hotline does not have the ability to provide you with account information and you will need to contact the bank during normal business hours with questions.
